| Ok,
so this is my very first journal entry, and I'm warning you, I RAMBLE!!
My sister has begged me not to speak in between songs at my release party,
because I tend to go off on tangents. sigh. I'll do my best to stay focused.
I'm listening to Foo Fighter's "All My Life" right now............what
a wicked song!!!! I'm really excited about the release party, Friday.
Just getting some last minute things ready. I still have no idea what
I'm wearing. (It's a girlie thing) I'm sure I'll come up with something.
I went on "Open Mike with Mike Bullard" last Tuesday. I was
nervous! I really thought I would be fine, because Kulas and I went over
that song a million times (I love Echo and the Bunnymen), and I really
thought of all the songs, that would be the 'no brainer'. I thought wrong.
I'm just thank-ful I didn't faint. How cute was Michael Kulas' hair cut!!!!!!!!
So much better short. Lucky to have him on board. He's my musical genius.
I've started writing again. I've been pretty busing getting this CD together,
so I haven't had a moment to think, let alone write. "Kiss Me Chaos"
was a pretty personal CD to me. Almost every song on there is about someone
in my life (except of course "Killing Moon" and "Anyone
Out There", which I didn't write). Anyway, I guess I've rambled enough
for today. Must have chocolate. Speak soon,
